The CSR claimed the shirts were ready but waiting on the hats. When I suggested canceling the order they did not say "we can ship the shirts and cancel the hats." So they would just rater eat the shirts that are supposedly already embroidered? I don't buy it, and it's the last time I try ordering from this place. WASTE OF TIME.
