I stayed here solo for one week. This is a beautiful little apartment with everything you need, and would work well for solo travellers or couples. The views are spectacular, the bed is large and comfortable, and the area is fairly quiet. As others have noted, the spiral staircase to get up to the apartment is steep, but it should be fine for anyone who doesn’t have mobility issues. It’s very private, and the small balcony is great for sunset views behind the cathedral. Only two blocks to the beach, and surrounded by restaurants, with convenience stores available nearby to get necessities like water, beer, and snacks. I would love to stay again!

This is the perfect spot for a relaxing week in PV! Super great location and easy walk to locations in centro and zona romántico. Absolutely loved this gem!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! The location was great and we loved all of the natural light and the plants on the balcony. The team was responsive and flexible. They did let us know that there would be a gardner who entered the Airbnb throughout the week which we weren't aware of before we booked, but this didn't pose a problem. The one time when we were in the Airbnb when the gardner came, they did not enter the Airbnb and must have come back at a later time. The views are beautiful in this Airbnb. There is a small spiral staircase to get to the living space which required a little extra work with large suitcases, but was completely manageable and added charm to the space. It is close enough to the cathedral (a proximity which we loved!), so light-sleepers should try to bring earplugs. Very cute street/stairway outside of apartment, though visitors will want to be comfortable with at least 2 flights of stairs to access space. We would absolutely stay here again!

This place is beautiful! The views are stellar! However the stairs are no joke. Do not rent this place if you’ve got joint issues or are quite out of shape. Beyond that the place was clean, the water pressure isn’t bad for Mexico, if you keep all the sliders open you get a lovely breeze through the living area. Every night you’ll see fireworks right out your front windows. It is cool, just not a fun hike every time you leave.
