"Good for Quick Renders, But Could Be Better"

August 23, 2025

3.0

Overall, Enscape is good for fast, simple visualization, but I feel it could offer more features for the price. It’s great for quick presentations, but not always the best option for detailed or high-quality rendering needs.

What I like most about Enscape is how easy it is to use and how quickly it produces realistic renders. The real-time rendering is smooth and helps bring designs to life without too much setup.

The downside is that it’s quite expensive for what it offers, and sometimes the rendering feels limited compared to other tools. It also relies heavily on having a strong computer, which can be frustrating.

"My go-To rendering software!"

December 30, 2024

5.0

Overall experience has been phenomenal. It is definitely my go-to rendering software.

- Realistic Rendering - Software plugin: helps in ease of switching back and forth when changing things on the go.

- Makes base file very heavy after adding things from enscape library - Limited customization tools for materials

"Enscape is a Great visualization tool to showcase designs to the client"

March 6, 2025

5.0

Enscape is a valuable part of our process as we use it to produce renderings, animation, and we use it to showcase our design to our clients through VR goggles. Clients love to see renderings, animation and really love to walk through there building via VR goggles before it is ever built.

I love the ease of use of Enscape. It has an extensive material library and can generate some great renderings fast. One of the biggest features that I use it exporting an VR model as an .exe for use with VR goggles without internet.

I am not crazy about how the license have work of the past few years, there has been a lot of back and forth. Hopefully all that is ironed out.

"Great, easy rendering app"

November 5, 2024

4.0

Generally speaking, I really like Enscape and it's output as it doesn't require a significant learning curve to get good output. While there are elements that could be improved, the app has increased in quality dramatically over the last 4 years, and I believe they will continue to improve over time.

I like that Enscape seems to be the easiest rendering plugin app for Revit, where you don't have to spend lots of time becoming an expert user, but it provides good output, with a simpler user interface.

I dislike the instability of the Enscape. It seems that the software is updated frequently, but often comes with glitches that take some time to sort out. Additionally, the response time from their helpdesk is too delayed to be really helpful in some cases.

"Terrible customer service & tech support"

July 31, 2025

5.0

I received a notice on July 7th that my renewal was due, I logged in and my account was already suspended even though the invoice wasn't due until the next day on the 8th! I emailed them and have not gotten any response at all.

the program is great, now that Chaos owns them though tech support and account services are the WORST!

same as above, now that Chaos owns them though tech support and account services are the WORST! I can't get anyone to respond to an email that's almost a month old, and their answers before were cryptic at best.
