Overview A private equity-backed oil field services organization is seeking an experienced Interim CFO to support the accounting team, private equity stakeholders, and upcoming audit requirements. Key Objectives Stabilize and improve the month-end close process, Lead 13-week cash flow forecasting and liquidity management Serve as financial liaison to private equity sponsors Support audit preparation (GAAP environment; external audit firm engaged) Provide hands-on oversight of accounting operations Partner with and elevate the current finance team Assist with select FP&A activities as needed Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate is a hands-on “doer” CFO who is comfortable operating in a lean environment and rolling up their sleeves while maintaining executive presence.
