When you need a plumber, it's always an emergency, and they respond in a timely manner, and once they even came on the weekend. They care about doing good work, and have even replaced old valves in my apartment that are clearly above and beyond the scope of the work that I had called them out for. When you look for people to service aspects of your home, you never know who's going to be good and who you can trust, but I've found my plumber! |

For those two minutes of work in the middle of an ordinary workday, he wanted $250. No replacement parts were needed; the only tool he used -- a toilet augur -- sells for about $30 online. After he left, I ordered one for myself. |
